At Zuidpool you’ll find four characterful winter rooms, each with its own atmosphere and possibilities for corporate events and festive gatherings. The venue is fully equipped for corporate parties, drinks, dinners, relationship events, kick off sessions and product launches. Intimate winter weddings or anniversaries with colleagues or associates are also among the possibilities.
The spaces can be used separately or combined into one large winter event venue in Amsterdam. This always creates a suitable setting for groups of up to about 1,000 guests. Zuidpool thus offers maximum flexibility for anyone looking to rent a venue in Amsterdam and looking for a unique winter venue that inspires and impresses.
Our team facilitates more than three hundred events each season. We use that experience from the first moment in the development and further refinement of Zuidpool. Yes, you certainly can. Our spaces can be used separately but also combined excellently. Together, we will consider which layout best suits the size and atmosphere of your event.
You can request via the contact form or by e mail. We will contact you soon to discuss the details and send a no-obligation proposal. The event is final only after your approval.
Yes, you can. We work with regular partners, but your own DJ or band is also welcome. We always coordinate briefly about technique and sound level so that everything goes smoothly.
Zuidpool is available by appointment for daytime, evening and weekend events. Our office is available by phone Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

No, bringing your own catering is not possible. Zuidpool has its own kitchen and catering team that is happy to help think about the menu.
Yes, we are right next to metro station Europaplein on the North South Line and within walking distance of several streetcar and bus stops.
There are several (paid) parking options in the area, such as the parking garage under the RAI and street parking. We are happy to give you tips on the
best options.
